Absolutely. Many of our clients plan from out of state or internationally, and we’re experienced in making the process clear and stress-free through phone, email, and photo-based communication.

Yes. We do our best to honor flower preferences and color palettes, keeping seasonality and availability in mind. If a substitution is ever necessary, we select alternatives that preserve the original look and feel of the design.

Yes. Once availability is confirmed, we’ll guide you through next steps, which may include a consultation depending on your event type and scope.

We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your date and venue secured. We take on a limited number of events to ensure focused attention for each client.

For weddings and events, we ask to be the sole floral designer to ensure a cohesive look. Special circumstances can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

We do not currently offer in-house preservation, but we’re happy to recommend trusted flower preservation partners if requested.

Yes. Most rental orders require a $500 minimum. When florals and rentals are booked together, that minimum may not apply.

Rentals are based on a standard 24-hour rental window. Extended rental periods can be arranged by request and may include additional fees.

Will-call pickup is available for select smaller items such as tabletop décor, rugs, candles, and some linens. Larger, fragile, or one-of-a-kind pieces typically require delivery and setup by our team.

We do not currently have a public showroom. We provide detailed photos and descriptions online, and limited in-person viewings may be available by appointment depending on timing and availability.

Yes, rentals may be booked on their own depending on date availability and order size. Priority is always given to clients booking florals and rentals together.

Clients are responsible for rental items during the rental period. Any damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement fees.
